Initially were uncertain of buying in Mexico with all the Extra costs and the Fideicomiso but Michael  guided us through the entire process, from the funds transfer from Canadian to USD and the wire transfer and legal, as well as  to searching for houses, to making the offer and closing the deal. We credit Michael with a smooth, stress-free home-buying experience. Even after the sale we have a relationship and required some help in paying bills, and Condo fees he was able to assist in completing these tasks.
It seemed apparent that Michael went out of his way to provide us with the answers to all our questions. We really felt pampered and cared for; it’s a good feeling when one is making such an important purchase out of our country. Thanks for your great service and "navigation aids." As we spoke the other day Michael, it was quite an experience for me and I often felt that I was somewhat "out of the loop" in this transaction. I now realize that it was handled very well and that I couldn't have done the things that I would normally do in a Canadian transaction - I had to rely on you and your knowledge. That's tough to do for a guy who seems to want to be in control.

We met Michael and Liz just before our return home to Canada. We had been looking for a Bucerias area winter home and had been in touch with a number of realtors, going no where – no interest, no follow up, no phone calls returned. Michael very quickly obtained the information we needed and Liz showed us a home just before we left. A month after arriving home, we decided that we would like to submit an offer and contacted Michael. All was completed very quickly and efficiently using fax, email, scanners and telephone. This is our first out of Canada purchase and Michael navigated through the tangle of Mexican requirements for us. He handled the offer, suggested the necessary service providers and saw that all aspects of the purchase were properly handled and on time - six weeks from offer to possession. Liz then went the extra mile and took possession for us and had the locks changed saving us an extra trip.We have friends who are buying from another realtor in the same complex. They signed their offer a week before we did. They have now been in the process three weeks longer than we were and are now told that their completion will be at least another three weeks. Would we recommend Michael and Liz? Without reservation!
