The Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias Real estate Markets March 2010
The markets continue to be sluggish with many lookers but few actually taking action and making offers. It can probably be attributed to continued soft markets north of the border and ongoing uncertainty with those affected economies. As a result of the slowed activity, there are some very good offerings available and anything priced sharply does get interest and in some cases offers. The prognosis looks for a continued softening creating downward pressure on prices until such time that all those buyers sitting on the fence, decide its time to start buying. This will create its own inertia and get the market going again. There are high inventory levels giving buyers plenty of options to go out and make a great deal for themselves.
